Prices 

All prices are subject to change without notice. All pricing is a la cart to ensure that clients do not pay for services they haven’t received. All prices listed online are starting prices.

Cancellations and Appointment Changes

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled services. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked services. Frequent cancellations may result in walk-in or same day only availability and loss of online booking privileges.

Cancellations or reservation changes made at least 24 hours in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. If you or anyone in your household are COVID-19 positive the day of your appointment, we may at our discretion waive our cancellation fee.

Additional Guests

We only permit clients receiving services entrance to the salon, with the exceptions of a required guardian for children when children are scheduled for services. No additional guests will be permitted entrance.

​

Arrival

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. First-time guests may need additional time to navigate parking and find our entrance.

​

Late Arrivals

If you are running late for your appointment, please contact the salon by phone. We will always do our best to accommodate our guests, but arriving more than 10 minutes late may require us to reschedule the appointment to avoid inconveniencing clients scheduled for the appointment immediately following. In instances where its not possible for us to accommodate your appointment as a result of a late arrival, our no-show policy applies with all applicable fees.

Appointment Reminders

It is the responsibility of all clients to remember their appointment time. Please feel free to call or text us if you have forgotten when your appointment is.

As a courtesy we offer the option of text and email reminders to our clients. It is imperative that you opt-in to the initial text message you receive when creating an account with us. If you would like to opt-in after opting out, a member of our team will be happy to help you get signed up for them. We may call and confirm appointments, but support staff shortages mean we can not guarantee a phone call reminder. Please do not rely on this phone call to remember you appointment.

Gratuities

For your convenience, THE LOOK Salon & Med Spa accepts gratuities in the form of Cash or Credit Card.

Redo

THE LOOK Salon & Med Spa stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week of the date of service.

Payment

THE LOOK Salon & Med Spa Accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash for payment of services and products. We do not accept checks of any form for payment.

Gift Cards

Treat all gift cards as cash. It will not be replaced if lost or stolen. It cannot be redeemed for cash or check. All gift cards are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Gift Cards may not be transferrable. You agree to our Gift Card Terms and Conditions through the purchase or redemption of our gift cards.

Returns/Refunds

Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.

For health and safety reasons, THE LOOK Salon & Med Spa does not accept returns of products, but may allow for exchanges for defective products for the same product. 

All Sales of makeup are final. No returns and no exchanges.

Allergies

We utilize the THE LOOK Salon & Med Spa color system which is PPD and amonia free. If you’ve had an allergic reaction to hair color or products in the past, we require you to contact the salon to schedule a no cost patch test 72 hours before your appointment. Anyone may request a patch test if they’re anyway concerned.

Personal Belongings 

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories. We also ask that you change into the smock provided for protection of your clothing.

Color Formulas

All hair color formulas are the intellectual property of THE LOOK Salon & Med Spa.

Termination/access restriction
